As a first-time home seller who had a lack-luster experience with the agent we used to buy our house, we did our research to find the agent that was best for us. Things we were looking for were positive reviews, communication skills, availability, knowledge of our neighborhood and the market, and willingness to field all of our questions. Minnette was everything we knew, and didn't know, we needed. She came highly recommended by co-workers, and we only found positive information about her on the internet. She was great! Very knowledgeable and helpful. Very flexible when it came to meeting up after work or on weekends. She doesn't just try to get you into a house fast. She takes her time to find you a house that is just right! If I ever decide to buy another house, I will definitely use her again.

I started our search for a Realtor in Lowndes County by interviewing 8 different Realtors. Some I found through Zillow others through Google. I asked each Realtor some difficult questions. Minnette was the only one that could answer all of them with reasonable responses. I was surprised to learn that some of the Realtors were not available on Friday evenings or weekends.

So, we hired Minnette, and our home search began. We did not live in the area, and she was able to arrange everything for us from start to finish. When we were in town looking at homes, Minnette spent a lot of time with us looking and she spent a considerable amount of time with us searching for the right home. She pointed out small flaws in several homes that we looked at. Flaws that we didn't even notice.
